Our billing/insurance department is available to answer your questions from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday by dialing 1-800-400-4147.

If you find it more convenient than mailing a check, you may pay your bill using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ATM.

We accept Care Credit Interest Free Healthcare Financing. CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare treatments and procedures for your entire family. You can find out more information here or apply for credit here
